On February 27th, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Capacity Building of Power Grid Peak shaving, Energy Storage and Intelligent Dispatching. The second is the release of the "Guiding Opinions on the High Quality Development of Distribution Networks under the New Situation" on March 1st, which answers the two main directions for the current transformation of the power grid at the execution level, strengthening the construction of distribution networks and intelligent scheduling.
